What is my User ID?

Your User ID is your date of birth (YYDD) format, followed by the last seven digits of your employee number, reading from left to right. If your employee number contains less than 7 digits, add leading zero(s) (e.g. 70120123456 for DOB: March 12, 1970, with Employee Number = 123456).

What is my initial password?
Your temporary initial password is your birth date in (YYYYMMDD) format, followed by the last three digits of your employee number. If your employee number contains less than 3 digits, add leading zero(s).
